RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
For purposes of this policy, "the Company" refers to No Buttn Fit Apparels.
Return Period
Customers may request a return within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchased item(s).
Defects, Damage and Order Discrepancies
Upon receipt of your order, you are required to inspect all item(s) promptly. In the event that any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify the Company immediately via email at care@nobuttn.fit to facilitate assessment and resolution of the matter. The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to photographs and/or video evidence, to verify the authenticity and validity of the claim.
Eligibility Requirements for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- Maintained in original, unused condition
- Unworn and unaltered
- All original tags attached and intact
- Returned in original manufacturer packaging
Exchange Process
Upon submission of an exchange request, the replacement item will be dispatched from our warehouse. However, delivery of the replacement item is contingent upon verification that the original item meets all eligibility requirements stated above.
The Company's authorized courier partner will inspect the original item at the time of pickup. If the original item fails to meet the eligibility criteria, the courier partner is authorized to reject the exchange, and the replacement item will not be delivered. You will be notified via email if your exchange request is denied due to ineligibility of the returned item.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), the Company will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request via email. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within three to five (3-5) business days of approval notification.
Please note that additional processing time may be required by your financial institution to post the refund to your account. Should you not receive your refund within five (5) business days following our approval notification, please contact us at care@nobuttn.fit for assistance.
Security Notice - Unauthorized Pickup Attempts
OTP Verification: The Company does not request or require One-Time Passwords (OTP) for delivery, pickup of returns, or exchange transactions. If any individual claiming to represent the Company requests an OTP from you, they may be fraudulent actors engaged in unauthorized activity.
Unsolicited Pickup Visits: If a courier partner arrives at your location to collect a return or exchange without a corresponding return/exchange request initiated by you, this constitutes unauthorized activity. Do not hand over any items to such individuals.
In the event of either circumstance above, we strongly advise you to:
- Do not share any OTP or personal information
- Do not hand over any items or packages
- Report the suspicious activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities
- Notify the Company immediately at care@nobuttn.fit
Policy Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Return, Refund and Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
