Shipping and Delivery

The Company is not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control. Upon transfer of products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Non-Delivery Claims

In the event that an item is not delivered, the customer must provide sufficient evidence to substantiate the non-delivery claim. Upon verification and approval of such evidence, the Company will process a refund. The refund may be issued in the form of store credit/vouchers or as a refund to the original payment method, at the sole discretion of the Company as determined at the time of the incident.
